I know I'm like 8 years late to this, but I just recently got a 3ds and I love it.

Anyway, picodrive 3ds plays Sega cd games and when I play a iso file I hear no music. It was a iso file, but also came with some mp3 files. When I put the file in my roms folder for picodrive and play the iso, I hear no music. I also put the mp3 file with the iso in my roms folder.

You need the game with the music as a single .bin and .cue file.
It won't work with an .iso and .mp3 files.

I have a question, I extracted the SEGA CD games from my Genesis Mini 2. The problem is that they are in a ISO+WAV+CUE file format. How do I convert them to a two-file BIN+CUE format?

I got my games converted to BIN+CUE, but now what? PicoDrive 3DS still can't see .cue files.

I have a similar issue, although I have all my files in ISO, cue and MP3s. Did you ever get around to solving this? SO frustrating, because other than on this forum is anyone talking about the file format picodrive for 3DS wants the Sega CD games in so they *actually* work... :(
