ROM Hack Picked up a new 3ds xl black w/ serial QW1123

I dont see that number on the list, will that have the sub 10.7 FW i need to downgrade? I have not opened it and cant return it if it is

What is the return policy of the store?

If you open it and it's not on the correct FW you could return it and say the screen doesn't work correctly on it.

it falls between these two for firm 9.9

• QW1131 - Hyrule N3DS XL
• QW1118 - Red N3DS XL
