Gaming Phineas and Ferb across the second dimension issues

The game works perfectly or so it would seem, but for some reason I cant double jump high enough to get to the higher platforms on the very first level. I have an r4i-sdhc card. Before you all give me crap over my poor flash card selection it works fine with every single game other than this.

Phineas and ferb has this funny and wierd anti-piracy code where it doesn't let you double jump, so you can basically play the game but won't be able to progress at all because you can't double jump. Either wait for an update for your flashcart, or patch the game manually by hex editing or patch it using open patcher. I doubt i am able to link to open patcher so just google open patcher v1.47.
