ROM Hack Permanently patch a game with an AR code?

I want to patch some of my games with AR codes so that the piracy fix for that game is always on. Is there anyway to do that w/o changing the CRC of the game?

I know that there are patches for the games but it changes the CRC code of the game and I cant play with people who have the legit game or if they have a clean rom.

You can patch codes into the game using DSATM, but that'll probably change the CRC.

EDIT - Nevermind got it to work but I think it does change the CRC
