Go for it buying a sky3ds+ right now is an insane thing to do anyways with 10.3 support coming for Gateway and possibly rxTools.

I ordered an R4i from them...
NDS-Card is my next option, but i have a feeling the shipping would cost a lot more from them...
I'm ordering from Canada on a $25 prepaid...

Their entire website is now down and redirects to a spam website (Cardbear or something). Is it safe to assume they just scammed me out of my payment and won't be sending anything?

Not yet, they keep responding to my email, and they are saying they are under heavy load. Just ask what date they suppose, and when they respond say you would like a refund if they don't get it by that day.

I'm not going to blame PeachDS due to the Sky3DS+ delays. like I've said before(?) I bought something from them before and everything went smoothly even when my card was declined due to a mistake. so I'll just wait and see

Gateway will support 10.3 soon but I cant make you do anything.

Gateway also requires more effort, and 'soon' can be months away. Hell, could be half a year off. It's in their best interest to claim they have it coming soon just to keep people looking at competition like Sky3DS waiting.

Nothing in that OP says anything about a release date, and digging deeper seems to confirm that it's leaps and bounds more involved. Like I said, this is a gift for my less than tech savvy wife, and she doesn't know the difference between EmuNand and the band Toto.
