Hacking PeachDS scam?

I email a lot with Sophia Davis. She is nice. And she said that team Sky is shipping little by little and then peachds ship the oldest orders. They do apologize for the delay because team Sky only tells them, "next week" without an exact date, so they postpone to get more cards and fulfill more orders. I won't cancel my order or get a refund until that date (15th) but if the time frame goes nearby the 45 days PayPal gives for opening a case I guess there will be no choice than ask for a refund.

That is for opening a case. I got an email from Sophia that they are closing for two days due to new years. I didnt understand tough. Well I will go and enjoy these coming days and then see what will happen.

I actually paid lots extra for my modded Wii as it seemed too intimidating then The guy sold it to me with GameCube controllers and lots of GC games, so I felt justified at the timeas it was way cheaper than buying a GameCube and a bunch of games. I feel embarrassed now that I was too scared to try and do it myself back then ... so I do understand how Verranicus feels!!

I don't think it has anything to do with being scared it's all about what you need in the situation. I wouldn't give my girlfriend a softmodded 3DS due to the fact you can easily brick it if you don't know what you're doing.

Yeah that should be it. Is it an old 3DS? If it is, you could buy a brand new one (which is guaranteed exploitable), set it up with rxtools, and system transfer from your old one to this one (if you have bought games or you want to keep your saves and MiiPlaza progress), and sell your old one. This will be cheaper than buying a Sky, but will take more effort so maybe it isn't for you. Here in Aus you can buy a 3ds XL for $179 with a copy of animal crossing and another game, so you can sell the games for say $40 total and sell the old 3ds for say $80 and then the upgrade from unexploitable 3ds to 3ds XL with CFW has only cost $59. And a Sky here costs about $110 from ausmodchips.

However this doesn't apply for an n3ds as there aren't any cheap ones available retail yet plus they'd be unlikely to be exploitable. If you have an n3ds you'll still need to wait for SNShax to get released.

From what I saw, anything below 10.3 should work with what's coming up, though, no? I'd rather not have to go through the song and dance of buying a new 3DS and all that.

It's guesstimates from the factory and when they will receive batches.

Well first of all sky3ds isn't the only thing they sell- im sure they'd have 100% uptime as an ideal but shit happens.
