I like using PCSX2, because I can increase the internal resolution and get better-looking games. I also have a modded PS2 that's connected to the PC via network cable, so I can keep my games on the PC and still access them on the console. I was thinking, is there any way to get PCSX2 and my physical PS2 to both look in the same folder and use the same emulated memory card so that both the emulator and the system can open the same save files?
I figure, since the emulator has better graphics, and the system has pretty much perfect compatibility, this would be perfect since I only have to set up each game once to play it on whichever method works best. Is this something I can do, and how would I set it up?
