Payload accepted but screen doesnt turn on

I have a switch that is moddable, when I inject the payload with TegraRcmGui, it successfully injects, but the screen doesn't turn on.

Which firmware? If its 4.1.0 or lower there is a software solution.

Else it's only possible with modchips like the Picofly.

Nope, no way to downgrade it without a custom software. So you would need a modchip either way.
