Since I d on't think there is one, I Was thinking of starting a patreon for switch shaders. the shaders are free, but the cost would be in joining.

would nintendo come after me for that?

You are providing something that can only specifically be used with pirated Nintendo software and you are trying to gain some financial benefit of it.
Nintendo doesn't like you making even a little money off their intellectual property.
So probably sooner or later Nintendo will probably have your Patreon taken down with a DMCA notice or send you a personal cease and desist letter if they can get a gold of your address.
Patreon will probably disclose such information in case Nintendo comes with a court order.

well, so much for that idea :/. didn't think shaders where a big deal....oh well. back to the drawing board... deleted!

Shaders are copyrighted, even when people share the shaders it is free. Since you want to charge patreon so you are charging money. You could get into a lot of legal problems.
