It's a fully working ARM9 emulator tweaked for 3DS ARM9 code. It displays the framebuffer and can emulate Brickways code (the encryption need to be removed first).
It's nothing meant to be a fully system emulator for the 3DS in the future. It's just to bypass the obfoscation.
