So I have a few PAL isos from friends in the other regions of the world and would like to know how I can patch these games to work on NTSC? How would I go about patching the .iso and how would I patch a .wbfs? if thats possible?

Any help is appreciated.

How do you launch your stuff? Most usb loaders have the options to patch the video settings of a game.
In case of neek, you can even run the game in it's own region nand.
If your TV doesn't accept PAL, you have a problem.

Yes, each different loader has its own settings, weather it be Neogamma, CFG, WiiFlow, etc,....Usually just forcing NTSC
does the trick for MOST games,
But there IS a handful of games that wont work on NTSC.
PAL games that will not:
Runaway: Dream Of The Turtle (PAL) ,and its ONLY a PAL game
The Kore Gang: Outvasion From Innerspace, PAL version, NTSC version is flawless.
The others I have forgotten in my old age.

I ran a test on one game, wanted to see if it worked. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=esLsy1l4zhQ and turns out it was pretty successful.
What are the other options such as "Country Fix, VIDTV" and such? Like what do they do?
