Hacking Patch mode wont work on all my games WTF

I just got my DSTWO a couple days ago and everything including patch mode was working fine but now when i try to go into patch mode it just goes to the in game menu when i try to hit resume both screens flicker black and white and it goes back into the menu WTF?

Sounds like you fucked with your hotkey settings. What the hotkey setting is is the combination of keys you use to enter the menu. If you set it to use no keys... it will enter the menu when you're not pressing anything.

L+R+Start is default for full mode, L+R+Select is default for simple mode.

I don't think its the hotkey settings i didn't touch them during the first week i had my dstwo i load up a game the game plays like it should and when i press L+R+Start it goes into the in game menu and when i click resume it resumes the game like it should but now when i boot up a game in patch mode its stuck in the in game menu then when i try to click resume it just keeps going back into the in game menu i don't understand why its doing this now when i didn't have this problem before did i do something wrong with a misplaced file or something? What i did in the first week with my dstwo was load some plugins like the GBA Emu And the SNES Emu and i loaded one theme for the eos menu i dont think i fucked up anything so why is this happening? Also all my games work in clean mode but patched mode is fucked Can someone please help me fix this i need patched mode so i can use my cheats.

In the DSTwo's game launching menu, go to the settings for the hotkeys.

WHOA WHOA WHOA i found out that when you hold the b button the game plays in patch mode But when i let go of the b button its stuck in the menu again

format the msd card and start fresh.

When you say start fresh i need to wipe my sd card and redownload my stuff? or can i reload the files i got stored?

Copy everything to the computer, format your microSD card with this, you can put your game files and saves back but reinstall EOS from here.

Woo glad to hear you got it working!

Sometimes starting fresh is a lot easier than finding what setting you changed. You may have changed a key combo on accident and not even noticed it. Happens to the best of us, mate.
