ROM Hack patch help

hey im trying to patch this game: http://www.zophar.net/download_file/4374
and its an IPS file but my SNEmulDS emulator cant read IPS file... help??
what do i do?

You can't patch something with an emulator. (it's an emulator not a patcher)
Google ''LunarIPS'' and patch your rom with the IPS Patch using the tool.

umm i tried that ( i didnt mean use an emuator i dont know where you got that from) and i patched it with a clean rom and when i put the rom onto my SD card and tried to play it the screen was white...

Use Lunar IPS Patcher: http://www.zophar.net/utilities/patchutil/lunar-ips.html.

Click "Apply IPS Patch" and find your .IPS file. After you have found your .IPS file, find the desired game you want to patch and double click it. That should be the basic. I'll let you figure the rest on your own.

And, this is one of the reasons why I don't help noobs with these kinds of things. They need to learn how to use appropriate spelling so I'd understand them. They also tend to not be patient, so I avoid their Help Threads.
