Hacking Pasta CFW with Gateway 3DS

Hi people,

I would like to ask you guys a question. Believe me, I have searched the internet for an answer, but I couldn't find any information. I have a N3ds XL with working Gateway 3ds (3.1.1), but I want also run Pasta for homebrew and GBA games. Can I use my Gateway card to emulate Cubic Ninja, so I can run Ninjhax and install Pasta? From what I've heard, you will beed a sky3ds or the actual cubic ninja cartridge

I tried installing Pasta on top of gateway mode, it was a no go, I got stuck everytime. If u want to access u shop with your setup, install NTR 3.0 .cia in gateway mode then run it and the debugger.

Ok this is what you can do, use Ninjhax 1.1b on your Cubic Ninja card then use that to boot Pasta CFW for unsigned CIA/GBA then install a Cubic Ninja CIA and install the Gateway exploit to it this way you can enter Gateway mode from Sysnand if you need to. Also the better option for eShop access is freemultipatcher. Another thing update your gateway launcher to 3.4.

But xenon, i dont have a cubic ninja card. Can I install ninjhax 1.1b also with my gateway card? I really want to play gba games on my n3ds

So i have a n3ds with 9.0 and gateway 3ds with a copy of Zelda OOT. What are my options to install a cfw or to play homebrew?

You will have to borrow, rent, etc a copy of CN or OoT from someone and downgrade the settings app so MSET is exploitable (DS Profile exploit). I think that using one of the ROP multiloader tools with the homebrew(?) launcher.dat install option will boot it then.
