Hardware Parental control tool for nintendo 3ds version 7.0 onwards Help

Hello there
Im wondering if there is any pc program that creates a master key for 3ds parental controls on console with a higher firmare than v7.0 similar to the program which works flawlessly on older firmwares.
I have noticed that nintendo have added a extra two digits to the enquiry number which means I am unable to use the older program.

I no I can contact nintendo for this service but I have alot of 3ds consoles so it will be a very slow process.
Ive had a quick search on file trip but couldn't find anything.

I don't think anyone's made a tool for higher firmwares yet. There's at least a few people that know how to do it, but none of them can be bothered to make it into a user-friendly piece of software.

Thanks for the response, Hopefully someone will read this with the technical know how and time to create one.
