Hacking Pandora 3DS is not working

I have been looking for a while for the 3DS update patch for the Pandora 3ds flashcard. the websites have been taken over by chinese companies and i cannot find it anywhere. the Cartridge is grey with the sticker saying Pandora3DSi. V4.0 . It has mario flying out of a blue original 3ds and has a link at the bottom that says wwwDOTpandoraDASHdsDOTcom.
i had to use DOT and DASH cuz gbatemp was not allowing me to post.
PLEASE HELP ME. If you have the patch or firmware that runs on 3ds i beg you to send it to me.

That flashcart only works on 3DS FW 2.0.0 or lower.
