Gaming Pal Park question

By now everybody knows this, but there's a feature in the DS Pokemon games called "Pal Park" where you can transfer Pokemon from any GBA Pokemon game to the DS game. All of the threads I've seen that discuss this problem involve transferring Pokemon from a GBA rom to a DS rom. In my case, I have Pokemon on a Pokemon LeafGreen rom on an Ezflash 3-in-1 that I want to transfer to a legit copy of Pokemon Diamond. How can I do this?

Legit DS Pokemon games do not recognize the 3in1 as legit game. Other than transfering to a legit GBA game, flashcarts are for flashcarts.

As per the my knowledge the save files here on gamefaqs, is there any way to use them with VBA or does it only work with gameshark+cartridge .
