Paid Subscriptions?

I was in my control panel and found 'Purchase Paid Subscriptions' under 'Options'.

Is this part of the "forum overhaul" Costello was talking about?

It appears to only show when I'm using the 'GBAtemp Lite' or 'GBAtemp Classic' skin.
