You have to remember, this guys are trying to sell you something, so they can't necessarily be a good source of information when it comes to things that may enable piracy.

Always look for verification on things like from communities like GBAtemp.

Yes. Of course these sites will try to be as persuasive as ever in order to influence you to purchase from them (lol! sounds like expository writing class).

For more reliable information, gbatemp should be your best friend. Stickys are also here if you're desperately in doubt. If non of your topics are listed, you can always create a new one (make sure it isn't a troll thread) or use Ask Gbatemp. People here will sure be friendly enough to answer you.

hahaha oh god i am laughing my ass off at that site...the "3DS ROM + Nintendo 3DS Rom File Downloads" page is funny as hell, The golden sun: dark dawn 3ds? Final fantasy: 4 * hero light 3DS? dear god, they should do better at this.
