ROM Hack .PACK and .WPF files

I would like to know if anybody has learned to decrypt .pack and .wpf graphical files in DS roms. They are used in the Kyle Hyde series (Hotel Dusk/Last Window). It would be very helpful to be able to utilize those, as people have learned to do with Pokemon and all the popular games.
