Homebrew Ouendan 2 not working on M3i Zero

I'm trying to get Ouendan 2 to work on my DSi using the M3i Zero flash cart, but it won't.

the game loads, but as soon as i try and load a song, it freezes on me.

My DSi currently has firmware 1.4U and I'm using the latest version of the M3i Zero firmware (at least i think i am).

how can I maybe fix this? thank you in advance, and sorry if this is in the wrong place.

It will most likely be fixed by m3 team shortly, otherwise, I am not sure >.>
