You don't need to rename anything. The NAND injection works with any name.
The only thing that considers the name is the sysNAND restore option, that automatically picks a NAND.bin file if it exists (no idea why).

He is talking about renaming the file to emunand_bricked which he needs to done for the patched to work. It sounds like he's not unbricking the nand before he flashes it.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, but if someone isn't going to follow the tut step by step they shouldn't come asking for help. Especially on something like this that has a high brick chance.
Not following and then asking for help pretty much says you told me how to do it but I didn't want to listen, Now fix my screw up.

nope, you make backups of your sysnand and emunand so you don't lose anything

I'm not sure about that. I used my old emunand and it worked fine.
I used a 64GB card full of games and CIA files.
Didn't delete or backup a single file from it other than the NAND backups during the process.

Nothing needs to be backed up anyway if you have enough room in the SD (at least around 4GB of free space, if you keep all the backups there). You're not going to format the SD card at any point.

does my cubic ninja catridge needs to have ninjhax installed , or do I have to wipe the save file, in order to read the QRcode.png with an internet conection??, is an internet connection needed???

Ninjhax requires internet connection or it simply won't load the HBL at all.

Yeah I guess you need to delete the save file and reinstall it with an internet connection because you're on 2.1.
Using the browser is easier anyway.

... oh. Uuuh, this might not actually be a brick if this is your only criteria. Try deleting all userdata in the "Nintendo 3DS" folder on the SD card. I've found that that's actually the culprit of downgrades not booting so many times.

Yolo! I managed to dump the OTP on my New 3DS EUR without hardmod!!

4.5 emunand?? Do you mean 2.1 emunand? In that case, nope, you can't boot an emunand with 2.1 on N3DS (I tested it yesterday, and it was black screen, but when I injected it into my NAND, it worked!)

I think it's possible to downgrade the MSET/SPIDER (https://gbatemp.net/threads/delete-the-n3ds-browser-and-install-the-o3ds-browser.391317/) on the N3DS 9.2, but don't do this! I recommend you to use menuhax. If you want a 100% bootrate, dump your OTP (be careful) and compile Arm9LoaderHax...
