Yeah,I checked it in the installer.
BTW, the fork you mentioned has all the files in data_input. Should I just overwrite OTP.bin with my own?

Yes. If you don't overwrite it, you will brick.

I did that. The other files' SHA seems to match with those I downloaded.

Just got my OTP (grabbed it twice to be sure, SHAs match, annoying the dumping of it has 0 feedback) and while I probably could get a dev environment going to compile it, not sure I trust it.

can i just use safeSYS updater to downgrade to 2.1 on my n3ds than dump the otp and restore the sysNAND after with decrypt 9

Might need to reboot the computer (or at least logoff and log back in) for the environment to update.
