Did 9.2.0-20E => 2.1.0-4E => Dumped OTP => back to 9.2.0-20E without any hardmod on a New 3DS. Had to eject the SD card before booting 2.1.0-4E and reinject it while it was booting, too.

Yes, I did. I used the 2.1 Spider RSA_VERIFY.

Yes. You need to use SD or SDHC cards. SDXC cards won't work.

In the tutorial it says to backup and copy your emunand.bin and other files to /decrypt9/ folder, but for me when i did the backup it backed up everything to my root, do i need to make that folder or can i just move my files to the root?

yup, gonna restore nand and give it another go.

It's not a brick. Place arm9loaderhax.bin on your SD card and it will run it (without LCD tho)
