I got it without brick yes but my 16gb sdcard doesnt work good that i have the 4gb sdcard

boot with no sd or delete you Nintendo 3DS folder it's a common problem

It doesn't brick the device, it just doesn't do anything to it

No I did it in Windows.

Did 9.2.0-20E => 2.1.0-4E => Dumped OTP => back to 9.2.0-20E without any hardmod on a New 3DS. Had to eject the SD card before booting 2.1.0-4E and reinject it while it was booting, too.
