He has 2 acc (a boy and a girl) and he can bought the games with the 2nd acc (girl). He only shows the shop from the boy acc

I thought this too & just checked on my wiiu. Even though I had purchased mario bros u on a different account, It still shows as purchased on another account with the game + usb attached to the wiiu.
