Why they ban him?
Please read through previous pages. Several other before you have asked, but since you asked...

@Donald_Trump was banned because the staff determined that he was a secondary (alternate or alt) account. The person who released this might have wanted to hide their idenity. They might have forgotten about this rule. @Chary stated that she will update the OP as new information is learned.

And now we wait for a release...

Wii-U "leaks" are the only progress we ever get towards hacks. Donald Trump is a hero in my book, just like the "Hey listen!" guy.

Whoa whoa. IOSU? Did it get released or is this the link that we needed?

Nope. Read the first post. It's just to display your OTP keys and such on your wii u. Getting closer tho
Whoa! That means you can patch it manually, making your own mini exploit right? I am not new, just haven't kept up with this stuff in a while.

nah , this is useless atm , no one really know what use do they have , people are just too excited because the system is finally open enough to retrieve these keys.

Sure. But somebody would have to make it where it doesn't hard lock. I think it would take too much work for that. It would just be better to release the IOSU exploit

I'm still waiting on an update that dumps the key to a text file, and doesn't require me to paste a shit ton of numbers or take a picture of my screen and copy it to a picture to text pad site. :p

It already was released, there just isn't currently anything that the average user can do with it.
By release I was referring to something that would take advantage of this release (iosu hax), not the actual tool that has been released.

Don't say things like that. Except... It's true. i am just too lazy

True, but i doubt this is going to be worked on more.

What purpose would you have with an otp.bin file? Until an actual iosu tool is released, the otp.bin will serve no purpose to the average user. I'm assuming that when the iosu tool is released, it automatically create the otp.bin file and use the otp.bin file, meaning no manual interaction with the otp.bin file.

It's unique.
