Hacking other region DLC doesn't work? try hans!

I noticed that when i tried to run taiko 2 with DLC (both installed on 10.3 emunand with cia files) the DLC didn't show up.
after reading some posts on that iso site I found out that for some reason the DLC doesn't work on European/American consoles and that you should use NTR CFW with langue emulation.
Not really wanting to install it I thought wait didn't HANS let you set the region?
So I tried it and to my surprise it actually worked!
