Homebrew original wii semi-bricked

I decided to pull out my modded wii yesterday and found that the system menu freezes a few seconds after the health screen. I have been fighting with the wii for almost a full 24 hour perioud if you count sleep.
i thought maybe i over installed wads but eventually was able to remove all virtural consule games from priiloader>homebrew>wad manager
I have priiloader 0.7 and homebrew, reciently installed bootmii since it said it was missing and set it as boot 2. did a nand backup (even tho the nand is likely screwed up) I tried installing the latest versions of iso's that did not have a warning from nusdownloader
I read somewhere that priiloader can sometiems cause the issue but if i remove it and thats not it I am pretty screwed. i tried to update it but when i try from priiloader>homebrew>priiloader 8.2 it says something about cios being infected in blue text and does not fix it.
to add to all of these failed work arrounds the wii is not connecting to wifi because it was a very old setting and even with trying old passwords on the old router I cannot get it to update priiloader
is there any way to get a working system menu again?

if it matters i have MMM and a few other things i have installed to try work arounds. considering attemping a custom "theme" to see if it would completely replace the buggy system menu but sounds dangerous. as it stands i got dio's mios off and can use priiloader>launch channel homebrew>wiiflow>icon at the bottom to run nintendont/physicle gamecube games now so pretty sure I can run usb wii games (worked before and they show up)/ wii games / and gc disk(tested) so its in a semi usable state

I really need help bad. I am trying to use any title deleter but it says "your system menu and sysconf regions differ" i think i put on a spanish ios 236 before and when i try to install over it with 236 installer v6 it won't let me
