So the thing is, after a long time breeding, i managed to get a 6IV Riolu with the right nature. Ive been EV training it, lvling it and its 68 now. However, the move i need for the build i want is Nasty Plot, but i evolved my Riolu before he could learn it. Is there an program (Which) in which i can edit its movepool, so that i can give it nasty plot?

i'm not sure but a move tutor might teach your lucario the move. or maybe an action replay can do that. i have one ill check later if it is possible, if you want.

I've went to the Heartscale tutor in Fallabor, but he didnt have it

There's PkHex, but you'll either need the injection exploit which has been patched in 9.6, or some kind of way to dump your save, like a Gateway, which also requires an older firmware.

Kinda clueless on it, but i assume i put the Savedatafiller on SD card (CIA) BBM.3ds on Microsd in GW card? Then install it?
