ROM Hack Opening different file types

Hello,

I used DSLazy to extract the files of a homebrew game: PuzzleBoy. I come up with different file types in the Unpack: .bin, .spr, .map, .tiles and .pal.

Is/Are there any program(s) that open these file types? I have briefly read through FAST6191's hacking guide but haven't found any programs except hex editors.

.bins can be opened up with Crystal Tile 2.
