Smea updated the payload, works fine now for all regions. Even on 10.3.

Since new update rolled out, might as well attach the save files for 10.3.0-28E that I use. Includes both o3ds 10.3.0-28E and n3ds 10.3.0-28E.

Surprised nobody's noticed this but @Myria has released a python tool that converts raw gateway save dumps into powersaves compatible backups. Tested and it works.

If it can help, when I create a backup from my original OOT save, it's named "AQEJeec09bba_2015-11-12_17-43-16_(test).bin".

Not surprising, I tried to build a Japanese save with a European cartridge because guys who have a JPN New 3DS with OOT ans Powersaves are rare ^^'.
