I currently have a N3ds on version 11.2.0.35U and im trying to install OOThax. When I start Ocarina of time the Hax file is under file #1, I start the file and press A when the game loads up. The screen then goes black and continues to say "The homemenu ropbin is ready" and im sent back to the homemenu with a message saying "An error has occurred. Please save your data in any software currently is use, and then restart the system.''

Im not sure what to do to fix this issue also, I have in an earlier version had an exploit done to the 3ds which I dont remember what it was, I know i scanned a qr code through youtube and it was installed and when i started the 3ds I would just hold L and i was sent to the menu

You can use HANs to play romhacks of games you already own (dump and modify them too), install custom themes using CHMM, take screenshots with HANs, dump/modify/inject saves into your games with jksm or svdt, you can play some emulators, you can play homebrew games, install other *hax...

the ps3 used to support installing linux because the cpu was so powerful

Then the games are $70 and they want to reboot and refresh the same game every year

The ps3 was always Linux they just found a way to make it open source

At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.

nintendo needs to up their game soon

considering the steamdeck can emulate the switch (yikes) theres almost 0 reason to buy the switch apart from playing online and using cartridges
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Xinput and 360 dongles were a driver nightmare
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
I remember having to manually put in drivers and what not
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
    Yeah the 360 dongles sucked
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
But the new Xbox pads? PIr it up and if a game supports it it just works
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Most emulators even automatically detect them now

I'd like to see future tap to pair options like you hold it over a scanner and it just automatically pairs
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
No need for additional cords buttons or anything
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:

  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Scan a QR code on your phone open a page with the controller and a QR code for the device, hit go and done
