Homebrew oot3dhax without powersave

Hey guys, I'm on 9.9 o3ds with no access to the browser as it tells me I need to update.. I have another o3ds on RXtools 10.5, but I'm not sure how to transfer any files to the 9.9 one. Thanks for the help

use your haxed 3ds to install a 9.9 oothax save to the cart and then do what you want. its that simple .-.
