Hacking Only Partial Success on v5.4.0, Help please :)

Hi,
My Wii U is on system version 5.4.0

I was able to successfully boot into Loadiine Kernel via
hosting my own mp4 files.

I was also able to boot Loadiine V2 the same way.

When I load Mii Maker from the main menu, it goes black and
displays the games listed on my sd card, on my gamepad
(like it should, and does not list any button options such as X, or Y).
When i press A to load the game, it boots Mii Maker instead.

Any ideas from the more experienced?

Correct me if I'm wrong but that's standard for V2.
After mii maker is loaded, exit it with B and start SSB to start the game you selected.

On V3 and higher, the game will start after selecting the game and choosing mii maker (if compatible ofc)

Edit: Just don't use V2. Go for the V5 (GX2)

1. wiiu.91wii.com > select "Wii 5.4 5.5 Hax"
2. wiiubru.com/532/lgxSD

Though i've never got any exploit page to work for me, aside from the files i host on my own network.

Loadiine V3 always throws an error "url not found"

I dont usually wait too long after it fails, i just reload mii maker and select a game again

well good news is, this is the only online link that has worked for me, all links work so i no longer host my own:
wiiu.91wii.com > select "Wii 5.4 5.5 Hax" > loadiine kernell driver

1. still freezing while trying to load Loadiine GX2 SD
from the above website i get error "fail when receiving data from peer"
(NOW It loads to wii U menu)

2. When i can load Loadiine v2, but same issue persists.
see game list, loads mii maker instead

3. Loadiine v3 now freezes on game pad, white scrambled screen.

SUCCESS WITH:

1.) wiiu.91wii.com > select "Wii 5.4 5.5 Hax" > loadiine kernell driver
2.) wiiu.91wii.com > select "Wii 5.4 5.5 Hax" > loadiine v3
3.) Open MiiMaker, Select game with "X" for miimaker boot

same problem here: "failed receiving data from peer". i'll try your solution...but, only loaddine v3 works for you?. i prepared my SD card with the gx2 set up; guess i'll have to change that to v3 scheme. (sorry my poor level of english)

Dont need any sd files other than the wii u games and structure.

but yes, ONLY v3 worked for me, had to try a few times though.
That website is the only one that has been able to load for me as well, bother kernel exploit and loadiine v3.

wiiu.wii91.com doesn't seem to provide options for me to choose...it only loads a video screen, succes (or fail) from patching the kernel, and, after restarting the browser and typing in the page again, shows the "fail when receiving data from peer" message.

yes, what i wanted to mean is the "structure" for the games in loadiine v3. i got it loading once, but, since the game structure was for gx2, the result was a black screen with a selection arrow. i'll try the v3 structure and wiil tell you (if someone could be experiencing the same trouble with no posible solution) if it worked.
by the way, how many tries did you make before obtaining a possitive result?? i've been trying a lot and with no avail

3rd time it loaded v3 correctly but sending me to the main menu...(then run miimaker, should prompt for games)

like ive said 99 time out of 100
and from any other place....i now SEE why its UNRELIABLE on 5.4.0 lol

thanks for the help. i am still bothered with the fact that wii91 page doesn't display (in my case) a selecting menu or something. i've tried so many times that i can't remember the page that loaded v3 for me. then again, i'll try your advice and post here if succesful or not.

try NOT typing the "http:www." part
sometimes can mess things up

@CaiusGT thank you very much for your helpful hints. i succeeded in getting loadiine working.
i'll describe my experience (if someone could be interested) getting the thing working:

1) the gbatemp post about loadiine gx2 contains a list of urls that load the loadiine kernel and program....for 5.4.0 users it seems none of them work. don't get me wrong, gbatemp is great bringing us news and ways to enjoy our wiiu systems, it is just that 5.4.0 wiius are still unstable.

2) google the page wiiu.91wii.com, that page almost never freezes up when loading the kernel exploits and as @CaiusGT explained, it loads loadiine v3. loadiine gx2 gives the "failure when receiving data from peer" error.

3) i was trying to get my games to work on a 4GB class 4 micro sd (with sd adapter of course) ...they didn't load; loadiine displayed the option "press a to install loadiine" and after doing that, the wii u crashed. i switched to a 16 GB micro sd, i configure it according to loadiine v3 folder structure for games (you can use the same loadiine gx2 folder structure) and obtained a successful result.

to summarize: for 5.4.0 wiiu owners, try using wiiu.91wii.com page above any other page, click 5.4.0-5.5 hacks run the loadiine kernel and, after the browser restarts, run loadiine v3.
if after installing loadiine (loadiine will display a " press a to install loadiine" message) your wii u freezes up, try using a different sd card.

p.d: my 16GB micro sd card is class 10....i am not sure if the difference in sd class types influences if loadiine works or not, in my case it does.

Yes, it gives this error.
That's why I use wiiubru.com/532/lgxSD to boot Loadiine (the second time) even if a lot of times it give me black screen - but I tried all websites possible, and the local host.

@EmanueleBGN so, are you using 5.3.2 multikernel?? and, afterwards, loadiine GX2 SD??.
in my experience, wiiubru page almost always gives black screen, but i have not tried 5.3.2 kernels...i thought that wasn't possible since we are in 5.4.0 ffirmwares.
i will try your advice since i'm very interested in launching the GUI loadiine version, and, of course, interested in the improvements in ccompatibility.
are you sure there is no problem using 5.3.2 loadiine kernel (1st time before the actual loadiine program) having a 5.4.0 wii u??

If you explore the website wii9.91wii.com you'll see a lot of options. Click on Wii 5.40 5.5.0 Hax on the top and you'll see the options available for Wii U with 5.4 firmware.
To boot Loadiine:
The first time I click on Kernel - Loadiine OSDriver ( http://wiiu.91wii.com/wiiu540/540/kernel-for-loadiine/ )
The second time I use wiiubru.com > 5.4 > Loadiine GX SD ( http://wiiubru.com/532/lgxSD/ ) OR with 91wii.com I click on Loadiine GX2 v0.1 ( http://wiiu.91wii.com/LoadiineGX2/index.html ) BUT they often give black screen.

I've tried also to use Loadiine V3 but I don't know how to load it: even if I press A or Y for Smash mode or MiiMaker mode, the game doesn't boot...

@EmanueleBGN i had that kind of trouble with loadiine v3 too, but i'm not sure if it is the same problem you are experiencing.
after successfuly launching loadiine v3, you will be prompted with the option "press A to install loadiine". after doing so, if loadiine freezes up, try using a different sd card.
it worked for me switching from a 4gb class 4 sd card to a 16gb class 10 sd card.

what works for person A, may not for person B

but do make sure that your using the CORRECT exploit.
Wii U v5.4.0, Loadiine Kernel, mp4.
Then the correct/compatible version of Loadiine for you system version as well

(on v5.4.0 I believe you can use Loadiine V1,2,3,gx2, gx2 sd)
(TRY EVERYONE OF THESE ON EVERY SITE, you may get LUCKY)

My advice would be to keep trying as many webpages as possible, when those fail i've never frozen and thus dont need to hard shutdown my device---
with hosting my files it froze EVERYTIME!

Now that i found a webpage that works, it is VERY RELIABLE AND CONSISTENT.
