ROM Hack One Piece Gigant Battle 2 - Special moves hack request

Hello everyone,

This game is great except for one thing : no option to skip the little cutscene that is shown before a special move. I think it cuts too much of the action especially when near the end of the game you play against CPU that spans special moves.
This is particularly odd because when you play online they're not shown so its strange that the developers didn't think of putting that option on single player mode.

So, I don' t know if it' s possible but I would like a code or a hack of the rom that skip these animation.
