Hacking Once i'm done importing CIA files by dev menu, can I delete the cia files used to install them?

You can delete them.

you can delete the .cia files off of your sd card

I would keep them as a backup on your PC in case your emunand bricked for some reason.

Agree with WiiUBricker, there are sometimes where you can brick your emunand, and you need to format it again, so imagine all the pain to re-donload your stuff again...

EmuNAND could brick if you install a faulty CIA, but playing them and deleting them is fine, and won't brick your system.
