Old switch file request….

Does anyone have any suggestions where I could look for old switch update files?
once they’re superseded they become junk, and impossible to find.
I’m trying to source the ACNH 1.11 update file from summer 2021

Rev 002/3 cart, IIRC.

Yes.

There's like 10 cartridge revisions for ACNH, though, so you'll have to look hard or ask an eBay seller for pics.

Most site doesn't keep old update, usually they keep the most updated one.

NVM Googled it - and https://www.benoitren.be/switch-cartridgerevisions.html
states last cart release (009) was at 1.8.0.
so looks like I’m out of luck that way

It's actually quite unlikely that you'll find the latest revision in stores. 007/8 should be what most stores have in stock, and used stuff should be much older than that. You'll just have to check the cart before you buy.

Your only other option would be to get it from a friend's Switch that also has that specific update.

@yankii - yeah think that's only way forward - even last cart rev was only 1.8.0 so well short of the 1.11.0 / 1.11.1 (which was only around for less than 3 months before 2.0 dropped).
Found links to 'old' updates on usual sites but all lead to the 'file removed by owner' message, and like I said, once there's a new update out, existing one's basically become junk.
