Hardware old 3ds not reading sd card

i have kinda recovered i used my old nintendo 3ds file which had fbi an others whatnot and then i overwrote the existing nintendo 3ds things and now some softwares have x on them anyone know how to fully fix this?

The X'ed out ones are missing their tickets. Use TIKdevil to restore officially released titles and tikSweep to remove unused tickets.

Those that aren't restored are either homebrew or games sourced from places like that title iso* site.

The TIKdevil and tikSweep combo won't fix titles that aren't found on Nintendo eShop / freeShop. If you installed CIAs sourced and converted from .3DS format, you'll have to reinstall those CIAs using FBI. Homebrews and custom made Virtual Console injected games will not be restored as well.

Depends which one . There are three kinds of DSiWarehax: DSiWare game injection, DSiWare save injection, and seedminer.

I recommend seedminer as it doesn't require a System Transfer and fairly quicker than the other two (no cool down period in transferring NNID back).
