Hacking old 3ds lost or formated card

I have old 3ds now is on 11.4fw, hacked with b9s with luma v7.1. When i press select and power i see luma selection screen. If i press start + power goodmode9 does not appear.
Now the sd card is formated, i need to reinstall FBI via H&S. I also have full nand backup to version 11.2.
Where to start, please advice. Thank you.

Please note Luma 7.1 used B9S 1.0 recommended to upgrade your B9S and then Luma to 8.1 https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s
Get the Luma 7.1 from here https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.1
Put the Boot.firm on the root of your SD card that should be formatted as FAT32.

Well actually I have this problem too
Follow the guide:
Get the files in part 1 & part 3 and copy them to sd card accordingly
Then follow guide part 3 all the way and u will regain ur access to HB+CFW again

I did it. Hard thing was to find 3ds.guide archive site from april 2017.

Follow the old guide, put proper files on sd card, and setup FBI.cia via goodmode9.
