Homebrew Old 3DS broken, new 3DS. What should I know?

Hi there.
My old 3DS is broken (completely, I cant turn it on) I´ve buyed the New 3DS XL and it´s with firmware 11.1, so I can use Soundhax to have Homebrew. But I want two more things:
1) I want to recover my eShop-titles, so I have to contact Nintendo for this
2) I want to use the eShop.

What should I know, before I do the hack and how can I use the eShop after that?

Once your New 3DS has Custom Firmware, you can use Freeshop to install your games, and use JK's Save Manager to transfer them.

You cant. Call Nintendo to transfer your NNID and the first thing they're going to tell you do is update before that can happen. So you will lose all access to homebrew. Get CFW (3ds.guide), update to 11.6, call Nintendo, transfer NNID, use eShop to get games, never touch freeShop.
