How

Luma has a feature that's existed for a while now that nobody currently utilizes which made this very easy. All I'm gonna say is that you shouldn't be hoping for an RNG if you plan on using an NNID. Also, people should be thinking a bit more "uniquely".

I can when I get home. It should since I can create and link a new NNID (I'm just gonna cut my losses and not even bother with my old one, even if it didn't get banned).

He's being real straightforward you know.
Just activate that in the Luma Configuration.

You will be able to create a new NNID afterwards. This video is the continuation of a failed previous method unlinking the NNID and doing a "new" NNID that you can't.

Obviously he used sysmodules or modifed firmware files of his own. It won't work like that.
