OG Xbox + Enable Xbox Live on modded console

Hi everyone, with the replacement Xbox Live coming (Insignia) i don't know if some of you know if EvoX bios lock access to Xbox Live ?
I have a modded 1.6 console with Aladdin modchip and i think this bios block access to Live.

I'm unable to find my answer on my known forum and if its blocked, is there a way to enable it ? or i will have to disable the modchip with a switch ?
