Hacking Offline Save Converter?

Since I have dialup, using the save game converter at shunyweb.info has been hard to do, is there any utilities for doing this conversion offline?

That depends on which formats you want to convert to and from.

Win32 version of my converter will be made by another person.

I really just need to convert from DS-X to Action Replay (.duc) and back. I really hope the Win32 one comes out soon Shuny!
