Homebrew Official Wii Youtube Channel will soon no longer be supported, is there a Hombrew App to replace it?

You can probably use the Internet Channel to view YouTube, but that uses Flash so I don't think it'd work. Maybe some website will work and will play them.

Many other devices have YouTube on them, so I guess you could get something like a Roku, Chromecast or Apple TV to watch YouTube and other things in HD...

youtube doesn't use flash it uses the HTML5 Player

What WAD? Did you not read the thread? The Wii YouTube channel is decommissioned.

Isn't the whole reason the official Youtube App stopped working because Youtube dropped support for Flash?

You can use Internet Channel like what larsenv said, i was able to use it. now that i think about it internet channel is slow and unstable.

No, the official app doesn't use Flash in the first place (though it may have used .flv, but I'm not sure and it doesn't need Flash anyway)
It uses a deprecated and now actually removed API for accessing videos (ie search/playlist/channel to url, url to title/description/actual video)
Rumor has it that it was removed out of commercial interests (didn't support cool features such as pre-video ads or google+ integration) but loss of this app was collateral damage, I bet the main target was Apple's iOS former stock app

Wrong, the channel used the YT Flash interface which Google discontinued https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/7379403?hl=en
The API you are talking about was Data API v2 and it was removed way earlier.
