No, and the mods have been cracking down on that as well because it's literal instructions on how to get it.

Just to add to that, we're allowed to post the file name of the ROM, nothing else. No instructions, no naming ROM sites, nothing.
If you don't know how to acquire a ROM just from it's filename, you're stupid.

You're even more stupid if you know a game doesn't have a scene release and still believe someone who posts a filename for said game.

1. Gamestop has advertisements on their counters, it was probably some trade-on offer for something pricier (like a console or a special edition of something like Black Ops or Halo Reach)
2. The tattoo is a rub on from the looks of it.
3. Nice pic.
4. ...But it's never wise saying "HURR HURR I'M GONNA DUMP THE ROM", especially with a nice picture of yourself too. It's not as bad as user info but it's still not the best thing to do.
