If it does have AP, YWG will fix it sooner or later, plus if the update is a little late, there might be a patch out already considering it's a fairly anticipated game.

It could be a store owner that got his hand on it and trying to dump it. A pre-orderer that got it earlier than supposed etc

Ook!, where is it?? Lol. The first one dumped like a week early. It was crazy. This one is due out in, what, less than 48 hours and no dump yet? Anyone know if this one is streetdated or if it's showing up in stores day of release? Since I left Gamestop, I haven't been up to date on these things

you have a wifi dumper for your flashcart, where you can download it direct to your pc.
or you have a slot 2 card and you can run a dumptool from there,
