Sadly won't work with every game. Like The Touryst for example.

Guys, how to painlessly convert from ReiNX to newest Atmosphere?
1. What should I delete from sd card? I want to keep my installed games.
2. Should I dump prod keys? How?
3. I have enabled AutoRCM in ReiNX, will it be ok while covering to Atmosphere?
4. What payload is best for Atmosphere to use to boot console?
5. Which sigpatches should I download?

1. Delete all folders on the SD Card except the Nintendo's folder (there are installed the games).
2. It's recommended for some tasks. You can use Lockpick RCM to dump them.
3. AutoRCM continues active unless you deactivate it.
4. fusee-primary boots Atmosphére directly, while Hekate sends you to a menu.
5. I'll reccommend the 'sweet patches' posted here if you're booting with fusee-primary or the Joonie's ones for Hekate.

Thank You all. I removed everything except Nintendo folder, copied Atmosphere files, added sigpatches and it works flawlessly.

Thanks Rei for ReiNX, it’s really good cfw. It was my first on hacked Switch.

your 'savegames' is located in the device itself. Removing all the folders except the 'Nintendo' folder is good to proceed.

Why do I get this error message now? I get an error installing .nsp, i never used to get it but it happens now, maybe because i update goldeaf or something...?

Edit: NVM I figured it out. Using Goldleaf 0.5 Bypasses the firmware version
It works now!

Pretty sure that Goldleaf relies on the fw version to be able to use various keys, it never seemed to be backwards compatible.

The solution is to update to atmosphere + fw + sig patches.

Hi, i tried to install Bloodstained and Baldur Gate latest patch on my ReinX Switch and it gives an error like this "this software requires an update"

Is there any way to fix this? Im using the latest version of ReinX and older games works fine. Im also on 8.1 firmware

ReiNX is obsolete until/unless it gets updated for current firmware. You might be able to get newer games/updates to work by re-encrypting them before install, but it won't work forever as games will start actually needing newer firmware.

There's a reason so much of the discussion in the recent pages of this thread is about switching to atmosphere.

I could not install majority of games on the new version of atmosphere so i switched to ReinX and it worked... Until now. Guess i"ll just switch to atmosphere again and try to make it work and update my firmware.

IDK, I don't follow rei's discord etc, so I haven't heard anything myself since the post at the top of this page suggesting it will happen "eventually". IIRC the last detail I read before that was that they were stuck on something to do with loading sysmodules.
