So you can buy more games but cant reinstall the ones bought until you got 'not banned' (or whatever restriction you could call that)... but you got that status after doig what? i just want to know how far can i go without hitting the wall..

nintendo bans based on certificate inconsistencies and by banning your certificate. there is no going back from that, no matter what nand that happened in. i'm not sure if error logs are part of the nand like that, or if maybe they're similar to the 3ds' network settings, which would always apply to both sys and emunand no matter what.

really, if you want to hack your switch, just get used to the general idea of losing online play.

Yeah.. is the safest route... maybe i test the rcm mode for other things not so risky.. linux on the switch would be a good plan.

The main problem of tinfoil is the non ability to install on internal memory

And that is the reason why dlc and updates don't work right because they can get installed only on the internal memory
