Hi, i am using this solution for the game, the other ones did not work on my R4, but with this solution, when I save or load the game, some black lines appear and the Eevee slow down when jumping, and the game freezes on that screen, any idea why is this happening?

Try a different rom and patch, some work and some dont

I used the two Roms, the 54 MBs and 47 too, trying each one with different patches, the IPS and Dicastia, and the dont even run the game, the only rom that load the game is the one that crashes Eevee.... U.U

FINALLY GOT THE THING WORKING!How:i used the latest firmware from the r4i sdhc website,downloaded a clean rom,used this patch: http://www.mediafire...as1b9cmqhdh7c9r ,and ran it without opening YSmenu

Make sure you update your firmware for your card. Downloaded a clean rom,used this patch: http://www.mediafire...as1b9cmqhdh7c9r . You just drag the rom on the patcher. click the yes and the rom is patched.
You can delete the .bak, its just a backup. put the .nds one on your card and play.

Does it matter if I have Wood?

Not sure. I only tried it with the r4i shdc firmware 1.57b which it does work.
Only wood firmware I tired with orignal r4 is wood 1.45 which works with a clean rom.

Guys I got this working on my R4 SDHC card using TTMENU. I think that it supports other flash cards as well. You just download the file from http://filetrip.net/nds-downloads/flashcart-files/download-retrogamefan-multi-cart-update-680-f29525.html
Then you extract the files using Winrar or 7zip(Download links in google) and you open the folder which is for your flash card. There is a txt file which tells you what you have to do. Very easy. If you have questions tell me. Btw you need to patch the rom.

With the last kernel i get the error code -4, and with the two latest retro's firmware (6.79 and 6.80) i get the game to load, but everytime i save or load i hace the same problem, black lines, eevee slows down, and freeze U.U

Are you using the YSmenu Fixed DATs?

So, I just wanted to let it be known that I'm running the M3DS Real with the latest YSMenu (v6.80 w/ DATS 6045) and "3069 Pokemon Conquest (U)" UNpatched with no -4 and codes working. I couldn't get codes working with the M3 firmware, so I troubleshot until I got it working with the YSMenu. Got the -4 error for a while til I just said "aw, hell. let's try a clean rom". Low and behold, it ran. Then I tried with codes. AND IT STILL RAN. So, I'm now enjoying Pokemon Conquest, clean, with codes, on my M3. Props to the YSMenu team.
